Chandler's visits

Over the past few weeks several people came to visit Chandler! Uncle Brian and Aunt Molly on the 21st, We went to my school on the 23rd, Nanny and Poppa came again on the 26th, Grandma and Grandpa came again on the 28th. We went to Tom and Jill's on the 29th and Isaac, Kayla and Tucker came over on the 30th! Others came over at various times too but there were so many to name! It is so nice to have so many people who care about coming to see our new baby. I am so glad that we know so may wonderful people from church and work.
Chandler can now raise his head and look all around and he loves to stare at Parker. I think he really loves his bubba. I know that Parker loves him so much. He is an amazing big brother. He is so sweet and helpful and good to Chandler. I can't believe how perfect everything feels.

Oklahoma Aquarium

Today Grandma and Grandpa took us all to the Oklahoma Aquarium. Parker loved it so much! He really liked the sting rays best because you could go right up to the water and look at them. Uncle Dustin went everywhere with him!
Chandler liked looking at everything too! That was alot to look at for such a little guy!

Chandler Rolled Over!

Chandler is only 8 days old and he rolled over from his tummy to his back! I know that he hasn't mastered it but it is so cute that he did it already!

1 Week Old

Chandler is 1 week old today and we went to Dr Daley for a checkup. He weighs 8 lbs 6 oz.! Dr. Daley said that he is perfect and healthy. Chandler is eating so well. I am so glad that I am getting to nurse him. Parker adores him and is so sweet to him. Parker is such a good brother to Chandler. He wants to hold him and hug and kiss him all the time. It is the sweetest thing ever.

Church

Chandler went to Sunday school with Mommy and Daddy for the first time! We took Chandler to class with us because we wanted him close to us and we wanted to show him off. He is such a cute little chubby baby! Everyone thought he was so cute. He did a good job in Sunday school.

Grandparents

Grandma and Pappaw came over to see Chandler and hold him on the 15th and Nanny and Poppa came over to see him and hold him on the 16th. Chandler and Parker are so lucky to have grandparents who love them so much.

There's No Place Like Home

We brought Chandler David home today. He did so good on his ride home. When we waled in the door we got a little surprise. Not the same kind of surprise we had when Parker came home though!We gave him his first little sponge bath at home. Our entire kitchen was flooded. Sometime during our stay at the hospital, our refrigerator leaked onto our wood floor. It totally ruined it. We are gonna have to have our kitchen remodeled. What a crazy thing to come home to with a newborn baby
I think Chandler's gonna like baths like Parker did. He loved his sponge bath today. Parker really loves him. It is so sweet. I love my boys. I am so glad that I have two boys!

Happy Birthday Chandler

Delivery
Chandler David Smith was born today, May 12, 2008 at 3:30 P. M. He weighs 8lbs. 4oz. and he is 19.5 inches ling. He has dark hair but not too much. He is so cute and chubby. I can't believe how quick I delivered him. The Dr. came in and told me to push , so I did, bu int he middle she told me to stop. Yikes! That was really hard. The epidural I had was much lighter than the one I had with Parker so I felt quite a bit more. Anyway, I stopped pushing because his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. Dr Larson untangled him quickly and out he came. Perfect and healthy in every way. I love him.



Parker Meets Chandler
I feel so excited about Parker meeting Chandler. I just know he will like him because he is so tenderhearted.

Chandler's First Vacation!

Today Shaun came home and said... If it wasn'tt such a hassle I would say we should jsut pack up and go to Branson for the weekend.
